The company COO and CEO has major issues to run an organisation successfully. They easily put a blame on other employees. Instead of motivating the team they backstab. Very rude and unprofessional mind set.

Good environment though very small startup salary on time flexible timings with experience people friendly opportunities to full time conversion If anyone has experience and switches to this company there is good work life balance

Less number of projects so generally hired as interns conversion to full time is rare and depends totally on the feedback on the team lead, who was amateur in my case Most people working are from VIT cllg so there is some preference Teams are generally very close so in order to work there you have to be accepted by them as well
