Leadership focuses only on short term financials to hit their bonus targets sacrificing long term investment, good employees, and a plan that extends more than 6 months out for execution. Avnet has only made this worse. Very limited advancement/growth opportunities. IF you join negotiate as high a salary as possible because there won't be any raises - ever.
