Pros
4 days a week, overtime was available. If you are driven and need a decent job in the area but don't have a degree or skills, this is an option to get some money in your pocket.
Cons
grueling shifts 16+ hours a day, back-breaking manual labor, stacking beer and driving it around is a pain in the butt. Working in the warehouse sucks and pays very little. The drivers get more and work less with shorter shifts more frequently. Customer facing roles make more with supervisory positions the only real way to make money. The owner is a cheap and greedy. They froze wages for all employees for the year while i was employed there.
