Pros

The culture is genuinely special, unlike anything I've ever experienced in other agencies over my career. The team and leadership cares about their people and puts real effort into constantly creating a welcoming, supporting environment for all of us. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, to newcomers especially.

Cons

As can be expected of a remote company, it's easy to feel a bit disconnected but with so many initiatives happening all the time, support is always there.

Pros

I have worked with farsiight for several years as a remote contractor and have had a great experience collaborating with Josh as well as several members of the farsiight team. They are easy to work with and dedicated to delivering the best results for their clients. The slack first approach makes communication easy and they are always receptive to new ideas and approaches.

Cons

The only downside is that I haven't had a chance to meet everyone in person!

Pros

Working at Farsiight is honestly a great experience. The team is super chill, collaborative, and genuinely supportive and everyone’s input is valued and ideas are welcomed. There’s a real focus on growth, so you always feel like there’s room to learn, take on new challenges, and level up your skills. The perks make work even better from Friday half-days to farsiight retreats, the company really knows how to keep things fun and energised. It’s not just about hard work; it’s about enjoying what you do and doing it with a team that actually enjoys each other’s company. If you’re looking for a place that’s flexible, growth-oriented, and just an all-around good vibe to be part of, farsiight is definitely it.

Cons

If I had to point out a couple of areas for growth, it would be that things move fast here, which can be intense at times but it’s a great way to learn and develop quickly.
