Lots of development opportunities Standard retail scheduling/hours Access to communicate with teams across departments

Not a very large company, combined with post covid sales drops means salary budgets can be tight.

This is such a rewarding industry to work in and the company makes a good effort to ensure staff are knowledgeable and trained. I also loooved having the opportunity to attend trainings/demos with product suppliers.

Upper management willfully and callously overloads managers. I have never been stretched so thin in any other job.
