The job itself is fun - you go to fashion weeks, meet interesting people, endeavour to make videos that are good and informative.
Cons
The people you work with. The CEO is a pathetic little man whose obsession with hot playboy bunnies was the laughingstock amongst his employees. He treated his studio in the Philippines like a prison - I actually took a picture of the bar separating the building from the beach, it felt so suffocating. Back at home, as a freelance content provider, things were no better. The channel changed direction of course about twenty times in the three years I was there. They implement new rules without previous warning, and expect your backdated footage to comply to the new rules. They'll hold you at ransom for your footage, and even deny you payment up until the point they plaster the internet with adverts of something you've done and they're saying they "don't like it" so they won't buy it. Never have I worked with such an unprofessional lot in my whole life. Truly horrendous people, don't give a damn about their people and don't look after them - it's not for nothing that people leave the company left right and centre all the time.
