      Pros

      There's a lot of wonderful, friendly, smart people at this firm - at the lawyer level, the support staff level, management, and HR. I managed to rebuild a lot of confidence in my abilities, and develop "best practice" to serve my portfolio of lawyers. I definitely feel like I was paid well for what I was doing, and that the benefits were more than adequate.

      Cons

      Supervisory micromanagement killed my drive and had me questioning whether I really did enjoy what I was doing at times. It felt demeaning and undeserved.

      A small town law firm with the flexible hours and broad work responsibilities that lead to beneficial business development skills. With the addition above the managing partner's provide a family feel while promoting individual growth.

      Cons

      The negative of working in a small town is relatively smaller pay.
