Pros
I've worked at Fasoo as a software engineer more than five years.
- Great work life balance
- Free food everyday
- Can find top-tier engineers in some teams
- Not as strict as many of other korean companies
Cons
- Bothersome company-wide events (Fixday, FMT, etc.)
- HR do nothing to keep top talents and also have no idea how to fire unqualified employees
- Current business areas are all red oceans (DRM, PA), so the future is not clear
- Lack of role models in the upper management. You may need to consider leaving once you reach a certain level in this organization.
