Currently, there is a heavy emphasis on marketing and outward-facing growth, which has inadvertently led to an under-investment in our IT infrastructure and internal workflows. Furthermore, to maintain our competitive edge, we must address the technical skill gap within the development team. While the environment is excellent, our programming capabilities require more rigorous professional development to support the ambitious goals set by the board. Aligning our technical infrastructure with our marketing efforts will ensure that the "engine" of the company is just as polished as its public image.

The marketing-centric strategy has successfully driven brand visibility, there is a growing technical debt that poses a risk to long-term scalability. At present, the disparity between our aggressive promotional efforts and internal IT infrastructure is widening.
