Branch Manager - Branch Manager Fast Auto and Payday Loans Employee Review

When hired you are told that there would be yearly raises there has not been a raise aloud in 2 years. Upper management hires managers/area managers who does not even know the business so it makes it very difficult to go to upset management to ask for help when you actually know more than they do. Company wants you to work 6 day work week mandatory and they say that employees need to put company first before there families since we work for them and if not we will be replaced. Also when asking upper management to lead by example they can't because they do not even know the business.
