First, we're terribly sorry that you didn't find your time here as enjoyable as you’d hoped. As a family company, we want everyone to feel like their opinions, needs, and spirit are taken into consideration. It’s important to us to establish a positive culture and we’re sorry we were unable to create this for you.
As far as the comments about one of the members of the ownership team having been arrested, this is simply false. While all of us have made mistakes, there are no criminal charges in our past and we would certainly never guide customers down paths that would ultimately harm them.
Speaking of customers, while we know it can difficult to find leads for any organization, we have made strides in the last year thanks to our new focus on digital marketing; it’s a process we continue to refine.
In closing, we’re deeply sorry for any slight you feel against you and we wish you nothing but the best in both your personal and professional life.
