Horrible - Franchisee Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair Employee Review

Corporate office is a mess and lose good employees constantly because they don't know what they are doing. They are reactive instead of proactive because they are so short staffed. They say one thing one day and then it NEVER comes to fruition, they do this constantly. After the original CEO left they hired another one that did more harm than good in the 2 years he was there. They fired him and the current one is also inept just in different ways. They do not support their struggling franchisees they only support the ones who do well. I wasted 10 years of my life and have ruined my credit because of this business.
