New Owners Ruined the Company - Anonymous employee Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair Employee Review

The "anonymous" former employee is uninformed and/or deceitful. I won't discuss the former owners other than to say it is a good thing that they are former owners. Salaries and Benefits were not reduced. There was a reduction of employees based on the size of the company. A number of functions have been outsourced for greater geographic efficiency. Bonuses were not taken away! Salaries have increased every year, and bonuses have been paid out every year, based on performance. Work/Life balance is far better than it has ever been at this company. The number of Franchised locations is not declining. Whoever "anonymous" is has proven him or her self to be a master of misinformation. Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs remains a vibrant 30+ year old company with a wonderful future ahead of it.
