I’m filling this part out only because I have to. The biggest plus of working here is the day you quit. If you’re seriously considering taking a position here, don’t. You’ve already come too far. Turn around. Stay away. I mean it.
Cons
Pay, expectation to work outside of normal business hours, work environment, they don’t give you the tools to be successful, ships things illegally on trailer that are not up to code, ships hazmat with no placards a drivers that are not hazmat certified. 401k match is a joke. Health benefits are a joke. I’ll stop here because I could spend hours on this topic.
