Got me job and gave me second chance

None so far only been a short time

Seemingly warm work environment I guess

Where do I begin? Employees who chase supervisor roles just to punish people. I had a supervisor tell me to warn him two weeks in advance when I have an emergency or accident. A literal pyramid scheme. The company harassed me for two years asking me to return their gear even though I had multiple employees and signed paperwork confirming that they were returned. Worst of all, when I told my boss that I would like to pursue a profession in Data later on in life, he had a melt down yelled at me for 10 minutes straight... I've never had an employer yell at me for discussing my future goals before or after this event.
