Low pay, micro managing, high volume work, no room for advancing, horrible operating systems to process work, old programs, nothing ever works to complete your work in a timely fashion.

None to mention. Probably just the free coffee and water.

Terrible management. Terrible benefits, super expensive that no one can afford on this low salary. They promote family even though they have no clue how to manage a team. They want you to prioritize work when the pay is so low. No room to grow unless you are family.
