Pros
People were great to work with. Everyone had input into the company. Almost everyone pitched in and did what they needed to do. Little, if any, '"it's not my job" attitude.
Cons
No salary increases for the past few years. Sales not good. Benefits costs increased to much, but this is partly due to the entire health insurance marketplace.
