Pros
With Fastenal you have much more than just another job. A person can truly build a career. As long as one doesn't mind hard work. The tools to succeed are readily available to those that wish to learn. You can make a great living by dedicating yourself to Fastenal.
Cons
If i had one negative statement to make about Fastenal it would be in regards to antiquated procedures at the store level. Fastenal has one of tge best Point of Sale syatems I have seen. Stores need to learn how to use it to its full potential.
