      Pros

      They waste money on cool things like Nascar so you get random car guys coming into your store wasting your time that you are already limited on.

      Cons

      Lack of pay for the amount of work you do. Little to no help. Hire college students because there cheap labor and lead them on promising full-time but never deliver.

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      Corporate level has a ton of miscommunication if any, no room to grow unless you want to travel, watched others be forced into positions or let go, grade you on aspects you cannot control no matter how many excuses they give you that you can.
