      Pros

      The Fastly I learned about during the interview process is the Fastly I joined. My interviewers were very transparent. There were no negative surprises after I started. My team collaborates well and does great work. The company has a solid future outlook. I'm stoked to be here.

      Cons

      A hybrid schedule (a few days in the office + some days remote per week) might be a con to some, so I'll list it here. I personally enjoy visiting the office and having in-person interactions. It's a great way to build rapport and strengthen professional relationships.

      Pros

      If you are fortunate enough to be hired under a strong, mature, professional, and caring manager, you can survive. A great boss can provide you with the necessary air cover and guidance through the quagmire that is the Fastly environment.
