      -Pay was good, could host 1-2 parties in a day and leave with $50-$100 in tips -flexible hours -excellent management

      Cons

      -Scheduling is usually problematic -Could request off days, and still somehow be scheduled

      The pay was fair. Some of the staff is very friendly. Strong kitchen staff.

      Very stressful, loud 3 am bar environment, very drunk clientele
