Going downhill - Crew Member Fat Face Employee Review

When I first started at Fatface 4 years ago we used to get bonuses for our performance, good benefits and staff discount. The bonuses stopped and was replaced with stuff like chocolates and hampers. There is no opportunity for career progression as when one person leaves the company do not rehire for their position. Rotas are changed unexpectedly and staff members are not kept updated.
