worst place to work - Store Manager Fat Face Employee Review

-Expectations are far to high. -Massive lack of training and support. -Christmas eve was 100% sale with a 100 bay store, I didn't get out till 8pm and had to continue boxing day. -On the CEO call they said everyone would get Christmas bonus since the company smashed expectations and then area managers had to have awkward conversations with managers to say they wont. -Working hours are very long and can be hard to leave. -No sexual harassment policies and reported multiple complaints and the company did nothing multiple times. -Lots of bullying but the company lets it happen.
