Supportive culture in a good company - TA Manager Fateh (India) Employee Review

It's been almost 5 years now, and honestly I would say it's a great place to learn and gain expertise in your forte. The work culture over here is the most important thing that I love because of which every day i come with a new motive and try to make my day productive.

A few small things obviously need to be changed, i hope those will resolved soon. Nothing much to say,if a person want to gain knowledge in this field,this is the best place where you can.

I’ve been with Fateh for around 3 years, originally starting as a Senior Counselor before recently transitioning into a Program Manager role in the R&D department. The company genuinely values its people and recognizes hard work. The leadership team is incredibly supportive of career transitions, and my managers were instrumental in helping me move into a data-driven role that aligns with my long-term goals. It's rare to find a workplace that actively helps you build a long-term career path rather than just keeping you in one box.

Cons: None that stand out, only there is no work from Home
