Irresponsible boss who wasted the potential of their employees and agency. Current and former employees owed many many salaries they likely won't see. went from 30 to under 10 employees in 2025.
Agency is basically over, this is just to say that many people have thankfully found their footing again and are in better spots that they wouldn't have found staying at Fathom, whether it was losing money or not. Didnt offer progress for anyone working there.
The agency ending is a good thing for everyone in the long run. Sorry to the founder, but this is on them.
