Pros

The people....that have all left in the last 12 months.

Cons

Lack of structure, lack of direction, lack of knowledgeable employees, lack of transparency, lack of controls....no one knows what's going on, on a daily basis. Management doesn't want to listen to the hard working boots on the ground that see how to improve the chaotic day to day. They expect the employees to take on more and more when they are drowning already. Lack of respect for knowledgeable employees just trying to help. Hard to keep working somewhere where you keep banging your head on a wall, and your work isn't valued. HR is never there to support the employees and when you try to get support or information it falls on deaf ears. Didn't even know what time I was supposed to show up on my first day of work. Once that first day is done, you are on your own. When you try to team building in your own department, you are scolded for not including other departments. Favoritism to specific employees is noticeable.

Pros

- Passionate and employee focused CEO - All the manufacturing capabilities one could ask for - Poised to be a high growth company - Customer first organizational mentality

Cons

In a period of transition which makes it seem more like a start up than a mature 30+ year old business; if you are not comfortable with change and hard work, likely not the place for you.

Pros

Solid Benefits Pay is good enough teams and teammates are doing their best and doing a good job

Cons

Career advancement was very limited, in my experience. Goals and actions from the C-suite are sometimes more and less aligned; this has lead to a lot of head-scratching by employees.
