      Pros

      CEO is very gentle and treats every employee equally. You will have the direct contact with the CEO on your daily task which is a rare thing to see with any other employer. Co-workers are very genuine and you will see 'zero' politics within the Organization. Your suggestions and process improvement ideas are more welcome.

      Cons

      Night shift allowances are paid low. Infrastructure needs to be improved a little bit. Leave policies are not up to the mark.

      Overseas management style running a company in the US, doesn’t invest in its employees or technology, too much pride in a patent that dozens of other companies do better, too much talk of politics, clear bias towards very select employees
