      Good clients and customers, good office location

      Overseas management style running a company in the US, doesn’t invest in its employees or technology, too much pride in a patent that dozens of other companies do better, too much talk of politics, clear bias towards very select employees

      Pros

      If you want to collect a paycheck and do nothing then this is the place for you. Baskar only cares about glamour stats like dials and talk time. Nearly EVRYONE was faking this and had a list of numbers they could use that would give them the talk time they needed and then just dial a bunch of other numbers.

      Cons

      This is quite possibly one of the most toxic work environments in the country.
