This was a great place to start my career in the Signal Integrity line. A great team of people to work with. Compensation is fair for the market.

Change of ownership caused some issues for the company, but the issues seem to be getting resolved now and the management seems to be getting the idea now.

Great high speed and back panel products. Superior technical staff. Tremendous tenure among technical staff, especially process engineering. Wealth of experience and know-how. They have done everything from one-off prototypes, to low volume production with emphasis on manual operations, to completely automated high-speed production. They know what works and what does not. They know what tolerances are realistic and what tolerances are pipe-dreams.

Management focused on meeting holding company objectives only; willing to "sell-out" employee and company futures to meet personal objectives. Senior management not interested in the value USA brings in terms of knowledge, experience, and product/ process innovation-- they are focused on knowledge transfer of "Best Practices" to China. No future for FCI USA. Listen to your engineers! Stop trying to deny physics,
