Pros

Good company with good benefits, good team atmosphere and most folks want to work towards a common goal. Pay is competitive with the market

Cons

Long hours and very little help from a staffing standpoint, senior management team will leave you in the dark until charges are introduced! Company will take care of drivers first before management due to fear of unionization

Pros

Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

Cons

Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
