      Great people (for the most part) and very customer centric attitude. The pay is very competitive and the benefits are above average.

      Some uncertenties about the future of FXNL. It is not completely clear where our product will be positioned within the FedEx portfolio.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
