Pros
Pay and benefits can be good. Some of the supervisors are ok to work for. I am having trouble reaching the 20 word minimum for pros.
Cons
Like I mentioned in the pros to this job the pay can be ok, however you need to work ridiculous hours. Very late as well. The supervisors are lazy and make it hard to get motivated to do anything. All this and management is all over the workforce to live up to higher standards. I have been working there for 4 years and I find it hard to believe that they are still a viable business. I know that sounds strange, but it is the most poorly run company I have ever worked for. The turnover on workforce there is constant. We have a consistent number of approximately 25 workers. In four years I have worked with about 85 different people.
