      Ability to transfer to other FedEx operating companies. Benefits are good!

      Cons

      1. Sr. Managment aren't engaging with their Staff 2. Salary is below average 3. Other jobs in National LTL besides operations are few 4. Lack Communication 5. Don't see or feel like I move upwards here at National LTL

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
