      Pros

      Outstanding pay, great supervisors and decent hours. There is opportunity to become a driver if you're willing to get your CDL permit and endorsements, and wait through months of drivers apprenticeship

      Cons

      Cold as hell in the Winter. We need to tackle this MN cold somehow. Be it heated forklifts, heaters over every door, something.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
