Pros
The people and supervisors that work the dock are fun to work with and when we use team work its like a well oiled machine. The pay is very well for part time work.
Cons
The way people advance at this hub and the cover ups just dont make sense. Some upper management say its an open door policy. That's a joke here. And others will do what it takes to make themselves look good with no regard to the little guy that's struggling.
