Pros
FedEx offered a flexible work schedule (thought they are curtailing that). I really enjoyed the people that I work with. They have excellent benefits. Direct Managers are great. Very laid back atmosphere.
Cons
FedEx runs their IT department as very old school. Though all OpCos fit under one umbrella, they are run separately and it's hard to work with other OpCos. There is a lot of politics and un-written rules.
