Pros

Fairly flexible hours, IF you are willing to be flexible as well. Requests are handled fairly, decent pay for service industry. Great team atmosphere. Excellent benefits including health coverage and full match (up to first 5%) in 401(k) contributions.

Cons

When business slows down, hours get cut. But will rebound with business level. It can get stressful when the main business hours are over, and shifts get scaled down in staffing. As all areas of center are still operational. You could be running between self-service, shipping and sales counter for extended periods.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
