Not bad pay, nothing special but not bad. Benefits above average but below what you would receive working for the parent company fedex.
Cons
This is a process oriented company so much of your time will be spent doing processes that no positive impact on your store and just seems like busy work to justify employees at corporation levels jobs. Store way under staffed and that is getting worse not better. Very little real leadership from above and in most regards it seems negaive. Way to many processes to learn and become good at due to the never ending new process you have to contend with. Training is poor at all levels and your team members will receive very little. Lots of poor moral at stores and district level. The integrity of the company is questionable and they violate comapny policy at will. Lots of favoritism at district level and store level. Overall this company was a poor experience and I dont miss it a bit. My advice move on an keep looking. I feel like I wasted 5 years of my life working for fedex office.
