      Pros

      FedEx Office is a great company that provides hands on training. They allow you to excel in the area you feel most comfortable in. Great Benefits and awesome printing and shipping perks.

      Cons

      Work Life balance left a little to be desired to to short staff. Upward mobility is not a clear path.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
