Pros

Insurance, job security-FedEx isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Cons

Absolutely no opportunity for advancement. You will die here. You are better off to transfer in to a manager position from an outside company. No incentive to do anything better. You do not get a lunch break, much less 2 ten minute breaks in a full days shift. The company only focuses on managers, regular old peons mean nothing and are not communicated to whatsoever-oh except the product of the month!! Make sure you shove those flash drives down peoples throats, because customer service means nothing and hitting your metrics is the only thing that anyone looks at.

work from home so you are secluded and it is hard to meet other teams to advance your career

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
