Pros

Health benefits, 401K plan. Decent coworkers. Gaining knowledge while on the floor. Becoming a fast thinker in tight situations. Great opportunity if you are in the management level

Cons

Low pay grade for the knowledge needed to work in the store, clientele is too demanding. Management does not support employee career growth. The constant focus and push on revenue drivers is stressful, employees get promoted just to fill in positions and don't fit the qualifications for those positions. Training is not taught based upon realistic situations in the stores.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
