Pros
Excellent benefits for full time employees at a reasonable cost. There is also tuition reimbursement and a scholarship program. They thoroughly train you in your position. On a whole, the work is easy. Days can be stressful, customers can be stressful, but the work is pretty easy. I have been lucky to have a great team of people to work with. My manager has been great and my district manager is equally great. They both actually care about their employees.
Cons
While there is a potential for growth, you can only grow so much and then you are stuck in a waiting pool until another position opens up which could be months or years.
