Pros

The people you work with are great and the company is very dynamic so things move pretty quickly.

Cons

Considering the different number of hats we wear, we do not get the compensation that we deserve. The company spends a lot of time training their managers about logistical factors regarding the business but very little time training them hot to communicate and manage their "teams".

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
