Pros
Its not rocket science, you just make copies. Management is trained well and try to help when they aren't busy doing a million other tasks. Bonus compensation is much better than other retailers.
Cons
Corporate has a new flavor of the month with regards to area of focus or concentration. They get all hyped up about a new initiative and then forget about it a month later. However come review time, its factored into your review which is bogus.
