      Pros

      Some training. Good people in the organization.

      Cons

      Failed business plan and micro-managed to the point of interfering in strategic selling efforts. Countless conference calls and time exhausting exercises that have nothing to do with effective selling efforts. Assessment framework that is not in tune with the market and how accounts prefer to work. Senior management are not sales people by trade and have made a mess of it.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
