Pros
Great place if you enjoy interacting with the public and working in a fast paced environment. A large number of very tenured team members.
Cons
Work-Life Balance does not exist for Tier 3 managers. Payroll budget does not reflect staffing needs which results in team members and managers dealing with unbearable workloads. Pay does not compensate for expectations and tasks unless you have been with the company for several years. Not much opportunity for advancement unless you are willing and able to relocate. Upper management and executives are invisible. They need to get out and visit centers, speak with managers and team members, experience first hand what it is like to be responsible for a center. Human Resources lacks empathy and follow up to grievances.
