      Pros

      I LOVED working at FedEx Office! The company is wonderful to work for, the insurance was fantastic and it is really an easy job! The company really seems to care about their employees and it was a very fun job.

      Cons

      The manager at the center I worked for was horrible. Managers are suppose to encourage employees and help them grow. The rest of the company is great. My only issue was with that one Assistant Manager. There was also one black and white copier in the center that was HORRIBLE. It would break down if you even looked at it wrong. Other than that it really is a great company.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
