Pros

Every order is different. Any decent employee can promote to management within two years. The benefits are superb. There is great satisfaction in completing a customer order better then their expectations. Bonuses are giving monthly based on if your center meets 100% of goal and the district profits Selling products of the month gives sales personnel opportunities for cash incentives in their paychecks

Cons

Assistant Managers normally have to work a second to third shift and at least one weekend day. Second shift can be 3-1130 pm. Advancement can seem political, at times job are posted, when a candidates are already selected Customer don't realize that Office branches are not the same as courier branch and may vent about their package. In an Office location, you typically have the same resources available to the customer. So you can not contract drivers or re route packages. Strict guidelines and company policies. A lot of week to monthly company changes

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
