Pros

I have worked for FedEx Office for about 8 years now as a CSS. I just completed the interview process, and I am excited to report that I just accepted the Field Account Executive ll position! FedEx Office is a great organization to work for. I have had some great mentors along the way, who have been instrumental in my professional development. The recruiter, Teresa LaiFang was great to work with in this interviewing process as well. She truly a kept her professionalism during the course of this process and provided me with updates in a timely manner. Any interviewee would be grateful for that. I appreciate her efforts with this.

Cons

I understand the interview process is crucial in determining the best candidate, but there were a few components that were rigorous. During my final stage in the process, I was given a time limit for role playing scenarios. It was a very brief amount of time, and possibly not the most ideal way in my opinion to capture skill sets. Not that it was bad, I just would have adjusted a few things. Otherwise the process was fine, as again, they need to ensure that the best candidate is selected based on their abilities.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement since you often have to wait for someone to leave before moving up.

Pros

Good work life balance, hours are flexible, team members are pretty nice overall, benefits are good, company is stable and job security is good

Cons

Way too many things to remember, they say “you don't have to remember everything, just know where you can figure it out” and thats all fine and good but there are so many places to go and you have to know where, and despite what they say there are things you cant find anywhere and just have to know, so many systems are just confusing and have no real guidelines to follow, and thats not to mention that every manager has there own places where they do it either the fedex way or their own way, and you never know until you get called out for doing something. Pay is also pretty low and the only way to make more is take on management roles
