Pros
The people of FedEx show they care about their customers and their employees. Total compensation is very good, depending on the op-co you work for. I've been with the company for many years and have had other offers, but always ended up staying.
Cons
The various operating companies of FedEx offer varying benefits. It's not really a con, just something to consider. Career advancement opportunities do exist, but it will depend on where you live or your willingness to move.
